Experiment: Imprint yourself with the intention that … you will seek out the GOOD news at least as often as you seek out the BAD stuff — that you will regard tales of affliction and mayhem and corruption and tragedy as no more interesting or worthy of your attention than tales of triumph and liberation and pleasure and ingenuity.
